Refund Policy

Refund Policy Agreement:  

PRO Machine Works agrees to manufacture parts to the specifications of it's customers' prints and within tolerances per the print.

Refunds are NOT permitted on parts which have been manufactured to print as evidenced by our quality control and inspection procedures.

If in the event PRO Machine Works manufactures parts which do not meet the customer's tolerances based on the prints, PRO Machine shall have the opportunity to correct the parts.at no additional cost to the customer.
